What this covers: Signing in to the Screenfluence portal — with a password, with a verification code, or through your company's single sign-on. The portal is the website where you manage everything that plays on your screens.
Before you start: Your login email and password (from your welcome email), or your company's SSO details.
Sign in with your password
- Go to app.screenfluence.com/login — the Sign in page ("Enter your credentials to access the portal"; the side panel reads "Cloud-Based Digital Signage").
- Enter your Email ("you@company.com") and Password.
- Optionally tick Remember me to stay signed in on that computer.
- Click the blue Sign in button. (Signing in accepts our Terms & Conditions — the page says so beneath the button.)
If you're asked for a code
If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, a Two-Factor Authentication step appears ("Enter the 6-digit code…"). Open the authenticator app on your phone, type the current code, and click Verify Code.
Sign in with SSO (single sign-on)
If your company signs in through Okta, Azure AD, or another identity provider:
- On the Sign in page, use the "Use SSO? Sign in with SSO" link.
- The SSO Sign In page ("Sign in using your organization's identity provider") has two tabs:
- Email Address — enter your Work Email ("We'll redirect you to your organization's login page"), or
- Organization Slug — "Enter your organization's URL slug" (the short name after app.screenfluence.com/).
- Click Continue with SSO — you'll be sent to your company's usual sign-in page.
SSO is available to Enterprise clients — see Enabling Single Sign On to set it up for your organization.
Tips & good to know
- Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? — the Reset your password page ("Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link") emails you a link (Send Reset Link; then "Check your email").
- There's no limit on users — each teammate should have their own login (see Managing users & roles).
Troubleshooting
- Wrong email or password: use Forgot password? to reset it. Reset emails come from Screenfluence — check spam folders.
- Your code isn't accepted: authenticator codes change every 30 seconds — type the code currently showing. If you've lost the phone with your authenticator app, contact support.
- The reset link doesn't work: "Invalid or expired reset link" means just that — request a fresh one from Forgot password?.
