- Can I use WiFi?
Yes! Our digital signage player can connect to the internet over WiFi.
- Can I have multiple users?
Yes. We don’t limit the number of users, and we don’t charge per user.
- What types of files do you support?
Our digital signage system supports images in the format of .jpeg, .jpg, .tiff, and .pdf, as well as videos in the format of .mp4, .mov, and .gif
- Do you support landscape and portrait?
Yes, Screenfluence’s digital signage system supports both landscape and portrait orientations.
- How long does it take for my digital signage screen to update?
On average it takes between 2-3 minutes for your digital signage screens to update, although it can be configured to be faster.
- How does your digital signage player connect to my display?
Our digital signage player connects to all screen displays by HDMI.
- How do you update display content on screen?
You can update your digital signage screen content through the Screenfluence portal which can be found here.
- How can I tell my player is connected?
When logged into your portal, you can see which players are online or offline and when they last connected.
- How do I see what the player has downloaded? And what is playing on my screen?
In the portal you can see which campaign or loop is assigned to each player. You can also see more detailed diagnostics as to which files are on your device as well as how much space is left on your device. Our players come equipped with 16 GB, although more space is available upon request.
- Does the player always need the internet?
Screenfluence digital signage player only needs the internet to receive updates.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
Our digital signage player is configured to continue working when the internet goes down. When it reconnects it will talk to the portal to see what updates you’ve pushed since it last connected.
- Does your solution include support?
Yes, Screenfluence digital signage solution offers email, and phone support.
- Does Screenfluence require a contract?
No. You can use Screenfluence on a monthly basis.
- Does Screenfluence integrate with social media?
Yes, our digital signage platform has an integration with Instagram.
- Does Screenfluence integrate with Google Calendar?
Yes, this is possible via our web URL integration.
- Does Screenfluence integrate with Google Sheets?

- What are the best programs for digital signage content creation?
You can create digital signage content with most programs in the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Microsoft PowerPoint can also be used. You can create digital signage content templates with any graphic software that exports images, pdfs, or videos.
- Does Screenfluence support video walls?
Yes, in conjunction with an HDMI matrix a single digital signage player can support a video wall.
- Can one player control multiple screens?
No. One player is needed per screen or digital display.
